Dance
For Life on Sundays
We
are a friendly group who meet to dance for the love of life! And we welcome
newcomers. We dance for many reasons from dancing our feelings to keep
fit, to have fun, to make new friends!
“Dance for life!” requires no
fixed dance steps
We will dance on our own, with partners, and with the whole group. These
are open sessions, meaning that you can come to one, or as many as you
like; and the dances are open to beginners and experienced alike. There
is no right or wrong way to dance! Sometimes we dance to live bands or
a DJ that plays great music that stirs the mind, body & soul.

DEAR FRIENDS who love
to dance,
Jane and I are facilitating a taster session of BIODANZA this Thursday

have fun; come along at 7pm and be open to increasing your vitality, creativity
and connection with life.
Jane and I are not trained Biodance teachers however, we love the sublime
music and passion of the dance movements. Do ring me if you need any further
details -
