5 RHYTHMS CLASSES
EVERY WEDNESDAY 7- 9.30pm
HOLME ST. ARTS CENTRE, HEBDEN BRIDGE
(next to main Post Office) with Francis Eliot
These classes will take
the form of a 40 minute warm-up, followed by a few minutes of teaching, and
the remainder of the class will be time devoted to allowing our practice of
these teachings to seduce us deeper into the realm of our dance.
We will be helped by a continuous wave of great music. We will dance on our
own, with partners, and with the whole. And as always, we will seek to apply
our core values of acceptance and non-judgement of our personal and collective
dance as it unfolds before us.
These are open classes, meaning that you can come to one, or as many as you like; and the classes are open to beginners and experienced alike. Please arrive on time so we can all begin together!
The cost is £9 full
waged, £6.50 low waged, and £4 unwaged.
For first-timers to the 5 Rhythms, the class will be free entry, so if
you know anyone who might like to check out the practice, please let them
know - the more the merrier!
